Congratulations to our valued clients on their latest acquisition of The Wynema, a 5-unit multifamily investment property located at 861 Jane Dr. in Port Hueneme, CA 93041. Lucrum represented both the Seller and Buyer in this transaction.

The Seller, a Lucrum Legacy Partner, whom we sold the building to, desired to sell and 1031 Exchange into a larger value-added multifamily investment property.

We developed a marketing campaign that highlighted the investment’s value-add and rental upside potential. We built and shared a custom website with interested parties that offered easy access and review of everything needed for an investor to become familiar with and consider the opportunity. Through this process, we were able to attract the best buyers for the property and generate multiple offers.
